Network Equipment - E-Rate Services

The vendor is required to provide that network equipment - e-rate category 2 for support existing and anticipated future data, voice, and video traffic between the hub and public library branch locations
- Procurement of e-rate category 2 eligible network equipment based on the network infrastructure plan developed by county and county information technology department (“ITD”) for the annual e-rate application.
- Labor for installation and configuration is not included.
- Equipment needs will vary each year depending on the network infrastructure plan developed by county and department.
- The equipment will include, but is not limited to, wireless access points, licensing, switches, routers, and antennas.
- Provide example products and estimated quantities of needed equipment.
- Product brands listed are preferred, but brands of equivalent functionality and performance will be considered.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
- Pre-Proposal Conference Date: March 05, 2025
