The Vendor is required to provide county broadband network switch infrastructure, encompassing primary and secondary tower sites, core locations, and specialized network routers.

- Required Services Include:
• Physical installation of any replacement hardware
• Configuration of ~35 VLANs with IRB SVIs, SNMPv3 OSPFv2&v3, sFlow LLDP, IGMP snooping, Routing, L2 switching with QinQ, and syslog forwarding
• Uplink redundancy and loop prevention setup
• Firmware updates and backup of existing configurations
- Centralized Monitoring Platform
- Implement a network monitoring system capable of:
• Real-time interface traffic analysis
• Alerts for port flapping, CPU/memory thresholds, data usage, and power loss
• Geographic topology view with device health indicators
• SNMP, Net Flow/sFlow compatibility, Role-based access control for Broadband staff
• Integration with Juniper, Palo Alto, Brocade, and Ubiquiti devices
• Provide pricing for syslog server/receiver for historical data archiving
- Project Documentation & Support
• Deliver network as-built diagrams, logical, topology, and security/zoning diagrams
• Device inventory with firmware, IP assignments, and location mapping
• Monitoring system user guide and training for county IT personnel
• 60-day post-implementation support period with SLA
• Optional quote for extended maintenance - Solution must include:
• Support for VLANs, SNMPv3 or equivalent secure management protocols, syslog, and loop detection/prevention
• Compatibility with centralized network monitoring tools (e.g., SNMP, sFlow/NetFlow, API-based integrations)
• Suitable configurations for core, distribution, and access layers based on site criticality (e.g., core sites, tower sites, and solar-powered remote locations)
• Assurance that the vendor or contractor can provide ongoing support, including firmware updates, remote troubleshooting, and configuration assistance.
