Digital Signage Network Services

The Vendor is required to provide a full range of agency service options.
- The displays offered are both fixed and mobile, and shall serve multiple purposes and content, to include but not be limited to the following:
•    Advertisements;
•    Sponsorships;
•    Artistic Content;
•    Social Media Integration;
•    Special Production Video for Events;
•    Broadcast Television;
•    Internal Video Broadcasts;
•    Events Feeds (e.g., overflow viewing for speaker presentations);
•    Daily Event Schedule;
•    Wayfinding;
•    Meeting Room Session Information;
•    Real-time Updates and Changes; and
•    Events district Related Messaging.
- The permanent digital network system currently includes liquid crystal display (LCD), light emitting display (led), backlit signs and other types of displays, which the district will manage.
- Provide additional portable displays and associated casework/stands (“portable units”) which must complement the other displays and signs found throughout the convention center.
- The contractor shall maintain all portable and fixed displays including those used as part of the wayfinding signage, including casework, and promptly repair any damage to the units.
- Evaluate and develop, in partnership with the officer’s, a wayfinding program and make recommendations regarding the static signage.
- Develop internal and external advertising sales opportunities and event sponsorships to give show managers, exhibitors, and industry service providers the opportunity to reach large target audiences. 
- Provide content services to include, but not be limited to, motion graphics, gamification, interactive elements, and templates.
- Provide an easy-to-use web-based content management system which manages the language and images shown on the digital screen, to control messaging in real-time.
- Provide a strategy for managing the external advertising sales when a city-wide convention purchases a digital package, which includes all the digital signs at the convention center.
