The vendor is required to provide network operations center (NOC) services for monitoring, managing, and supporting the town's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Provide the following NOC services:
• 24x7 network monitoring and alerting
• Incident response and resolution, including on-site technicians for hardware
• Network performance dashboard and analysis
• Configuration management and backup
• Firmware and software updates
• Network security monitoring and threat mitigation
• Support for network engineering tasks
• Tier 2 support for network related issues, including 24/7 outage support
• Documentation and periodic reporting.
