Network Access Control System

The Vendor is required to provide a network access control system for the District.
- Customer requests assistance in the planning, implementation, configuration, and validation of the Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) solution or equivalent network access control system at poudre school district locations. 
- CPPM or equivalent will be implemented for the wired and wireless network with the following components and features included in this engagement.
- Seller and Customer will review the responsibilities that are part of this engagement to allow Seller’s engineers to have a proper understanding of Customer requirements for wireless and wired networking.
- Items for discussion will include:
•    Determine hardware placement and connectivity
•    3rd party certificates
•    Define naming conventions to be assigned to components
•    Identify IP addresses to be assigned to components
•    WLANs
•    Network Topology
•    Review profiles
•    Template development
•    LAN
o    Define Virtual LAN (VLAN) and access list requirements
•    Active Directory, Entra ID and MDM
•    Discussion about CPPM or equivalent Guest Services 
- The server will require a single IP address, and can optionally be provided with a secondary port for data profiling.
- Provide all necessary passwords and encryption keys for configuration.
- Schedule and coordinate all network outages and downtimes associated with this project
- Participation in the development and execution of a comprehensive, functional (acceptance) test plan, basis for Customer’s acceptance of the system
- Customer will provide remote access to all required network and client devices if necessary.
