The vendor is required to provide that painting services of ellicott residence hall to prepare rooms for new occupancy once they have been vacated.
- The actual number of rooms, lounges, bathrooms, and hallways to be painted cannot be determined until approximately two (2) weeks after the student vacates.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
- Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk-Through Site Visit Date: February 20, 2025
- Questions/Inquires Deadline: February 21, 2025
