Pharmacy Services

The Vendor is required to provide pharmacy services will ensure consistency in the provision of medications and medical supplies, medication distribution, administration, and control.
- Requirement:
•    Consultation on best practices of management and storage of medication including on-site review of practices as scheduled and required by the manager of health services. 
•    Professional consultation on prescription medications as required. 
•    Maintaining the health services inventory (prescription and non-prescription medication and required medical equipment)
•    Maintaining the required stock of medication for the treatment of opioid use disorder. 
•    Providing consultation on the development of medical directives within the center. 
•    Urgent orders must be filled and delivered within two hours of request. 
•    Orders will be placed as and when required and be placed upon opening hours to three (3) hours before closing. 
•    Urgent orders are placed as and when required, at the request of the health services. 
•    There is no indication of how often an urgent order is required, and this will depend on the immediate needs of the individuals.
•    When orders are requested for same-day delivery, they may be grouped for delivery before 6:00 p.m. that day.
