- Service model and support capabilities for both members and agency, including account management structure, implementation support, customer service performance, issue resolution processes, communication strategies, clinical support resources, and overall service responsiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, including emerging clinical programs, advanced analytics, technology solutions, alternative contracting models, pharmacy trend management strategies, and proactive recommendations that enhance value and member outcomes.
