Pharmacy Benefit Manager and Alternate Rx Funding Programs Services

The Vendor is required to provide pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) services, and other pharmacy-related point solutions including alternate funding programs, either ost and-alone or combined basis.
- Programs and strategies designed to manage pharmacy spend and improve clinical outcomes, including formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy oversight, clinical programs, biosimilar strategies, waste reductioinitiatives, and member engagement in cost-saving opportunities.
- Service model and support capabilities for both members and agency, including account management structure, implementation support, customer service performance, issue resolution processes, communication strategies, clinical support resources, and overall service responsiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, including emerging clinical programs, advanced analytics, technology solutions, alternative contracting models, pharmacy trend management strategies, and proactive recommendations that enhance value and member outcomes.
