Engineer of Record Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide engineer of record (EOR) services specific to parking design and related construction.
- Services may include economic and financial analyses for parking facilities, along with the assessment of emerging technologies for parking control and operations.
- Consultants will work collaboratively with the city to deliver comprehensive services related to the planning, development, and management of parking infrastructure.
• Supply and demand studies
• Financial feasibility studies
• Operational reviews (including access and revenue control systems)
• Functional reviews
• Site analyses
• Sustainable design feasibility analyses
• Design and construction management services.
