The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive technical and organizational change consultation regarding the Department’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) structure, including risks and benefits, change management and implementation methodology, costs, timelines, and recommendations for changes to make improvements to compliance, cost, operational efficiency, user experience, and patient experience, with a particular focus on access and engagement with underserved communities.
- This engagement will focus on the feasibility, planning and implementation of recommended system changes, while also supporting clinical operations, patient and staff experience, revenue cycle activities, and compliance.
- The evaluation will also consider the operational improvement and builds now available under agency Epic, which were not available when County first implemented their EHR structure.
