Appraisal Services

The Vendor is required to provide appraisal services for items from unclaimed safe deposit boxes and other unclaimed safekeeping repositories that are remitted to the department, division, and state statutes items are received each fall and inventoried by state staff.
- Provide appraisal services and any additional services described herein in a professional and ethical manner.
- Provide photographs of items for remote appraisal services and limited access to the department.
•The Department will conduct an initial inventory and reconciliation of items prior to the Contractor’s appraisal.
•The Department’s Contract Manager will review and submit for payment complete and accurate invoices along with supporting documentation provided by the Contractor for the time worked and items appraised.
•The Department shall notify the Contractor, in writing, of the dates of scheduled auctions.
