The Vendor is required to provide real estate services.
- Town has three schools, a hospital, provincial court, a post office, a housing management lodge, various recreation facilities, and varying types of residential, industrial and commercial properties.
- Services must be include:
• Be an experienced and qualified licensed province brokerage/agent (RECA);
• Develop a marketing strategy for timely sale of town owned property identified herein;
• Develop marketing materials (electronic and/or hard copy) for review and acceptance by the town for the advertisement of property(s) for sale;
• Maintain a dialogue with the town about the strategies to sell property(s);
• Prepare a report for presentation to town council that outlines any offers for properties listed for sale;
• Facilitate the negotiations with potential purchasers and the town, from time to time, until closing of each sale;
• Follow the town sale, acquisition, and expropriation of land policy attached.
