Real Estate Brokerage Services

The vendor is required to provide typical services the broker shall perform may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Advertising and listing property,
• Assist with disposing of real property,
• Developing strategies for sale/leasing of properties,
• Negotiating with buyers/lessee on behalf of the county and IDA,
• Coordinating the real estate transaction and closings,
• Performing market analysis and developing pro forma analysis and reports,
• Due diligence, including market studies, and
• Handling all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
