Real Estate Brokerage Services

The vendor is required to provide real estate brokerage services, including, but not limited to disposition, acquisition, lease representation, contract negotiation, real estate advisory, and strategic planning.
- Real estate advisory and strategic planning
• Conduct research relating to real estate.
• Examine opportunities for expanding revenue.
• Work on special projects as requested.
- Project manager (pm) - lead broker must:
• Have a proven track record in providing commercial real estate brokerage transactional services involving large scale commercial properties for its clients.
• Be a licensed real estate broker in the state and in good standing with the commission.
- Real estate advisory and strategic planning services.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
