Real Estate Brokerage Services

The vendor is required to provide real estate brokerage services for include:
•    Provide strategic advice, analysis and a range of services that may include evaluating, listing, marketing, reporting and negotiating and presenting offers for the disposition of city owned land; 
•    Provide services related to the acquisition of property for the city; 
•    Provide real estate evaluation and market analysis; and 
•    Develop marketing strategies for the disposition of city owned land;
- Real estate brokers to supply various services on an as required basis.
- Provide strategic advice, analysis, and a full range of services that may include evaluate and appraise, list, market, report on, negotiate and present offers for the disposition of city to provide real estate services related to the acquisition of property for the city.
- Requirement:
•    Manage services related to the disposition and acquisition of municipal properties for the city; 
•    Ensure work assignments are administered by professional, knowledgeable and accountable personnel; 
•    Complete deliverables in a timely and practical manner; 
•    Represent the city’s interest in real estate transactions; 
•    Develop strategies and marketing materials (electronic and hard copy and video) for the sale of the city’s properties; 
•    Provide the city with valuation advice on the city’s properties relative to the market; 
•    Act as the principal contact for the city, by responding to inquiries and showing properties to prospective buyers as required;
•    Communicate with and report to the city on an ongoing basis regarding the status of services and the progress towards a successful sale and purchase of a property; 
•    Negotiate the sale and purchase of a property, in consultation with the city representative and in accordance with the city’s by-laws, policies and procedures; 
•    Prepare agreement of purchase and sale and amendments as required, and negotiate terms and conditions as they arise.
