The vendor is required to provide risk management and insurance brokers and consultants in connection with the contract to service the city’s risk management needs as detailed in the accompanying commencing January 1, 2026.

1. Risk management
• Assist the city in identifying and evaluating areas of exposure and provide solutions to those exposures.
• Provide expertise in evaluating existing insurance contracts and provide solutions to manage risk.
• Provide potential cost savings in conjunction with the annual review process.
2. Brokerage services
• Property including boiler and machinery, contents, and yard improvements – total replacement cost of $140,620,000 as per
• Unlicensed municipal machinery and equipment - total replacement cost of $2,751,500 as per
• Unlicensed firefighting equipment – total replacement cost of $4,599,500 as per
• Crime liability – up to $500,000**
• Commercial general liability – covering all premises and work within of the insured, up to $10,000,000***
• Errors and omissions liability – up to $1,000,000*
3. Claims management
• Assist the city as required in reporting claims to the insurer(s).
• Provide expertise and assistance in preparation of all first- and third-party claims as the normal part of an insurance program.
