Employer Benefit Broker and Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide employer benefit brokerage and consulting services to include health insurance, wellness program, and associated benefits.
- Current benefits provide multiple plan options, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and a wellness program.
- Capabilities in ongoing plan performance monitoring, plan performance forecasting, claims experience analysis, benchmarking and reporting.
- Proposed use of technology to support online employee services and education.
- Planning and implementation of new benefit concepts that allow County to reduce costs and/or enhance employee benefits.
