Real Estate Appraiser Services

The vendor required to provide for real estate appraiser services “as-needed” real review appraisal services is based on the intermittent needs of the division. 
- The specific task is to review each appraisal to confirm the value opinion of each appraisal.  
- If the value opinion is not supported, then the review appraiser shall, at the direction of the division, develop an independent opinion of value. 
- The review appraiser may be asked to attend in-person meetings with division staff and; when required, attend meetings in the evening with the trust fund public advisory committee.
