Commercial Real Estate Services

The vendor required to provide full-service commercial real estate services such as consulting, marketing, property sales and dispositions, and council presentations for an 11.7-acre parcel of municipally owned land.
- Requirement:
1. Marketing
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive and industry-standard marketing plan.
2. Property sales and dispositions
•    Evaluate offers, facilitate negotiations, and draft agreements.
3. Council presentations
•    Create detailed and up-to-date reports that would be presented to county regularly throughout the duration of the project.
