The vendor required to provide commercial real estate brokerage services for include:
•    Conducting a market analysis and recommending an appropriate listing price.
•    Developing and executing a marketing plan to promote the property locally and regionally.
•    Listing the property on the multiple listing service (MLS) and other relevant platforms
•    Managing inquiries, coordinating property showings, and providing regular updates to township staff. 
•    Advising on offers, assisting with negotiations, and providing professional recommendations. 
•    Coordinating with township legal counsel and administration throughout the sale process. providing monthly progress reports and market feedback to the township.
