Real Estate Brokerage Services

The vendor required to provide real estate broker services to county.
- Tasks
•    Develop strategies for identifying available properties that meet the requirements
•    Set up and participate in site tours of available properties for sale
•    Analyze market and provide guidance on price with respect to negotiations
•    Represent county in negotiations with a prospective seller from time of offer to, and including, closing
•    Coordinate real estate transaction closing and
•    Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
