The vendor required to provide real estate consulting and brokerage services as outlined in this solicitation for 1gpa cooperative members (members) as needed.
- Real estate consulting
1. Strategic analysis and planning
• Assess current real estate holdings and develop real estate strategies
• Analyze market conditions and conduct feasibility studies to support property use decisions
• Provide guidance on funding and financing strategies
• Assist in evaluating real estate or development proposals
2. Appraisal and valuation support
• Provide property valuation and appraisal services, including on-site assessments
• Perform sensitivity testing and comparative analysis to support real property evaluations and decision-making
• Produce comprehensive appraisal reports
• Review third-party appraisal reports or value assessments
3. Community engagement and communication
• Engage community stakeholders through meetings, workshops, or public hearings
• Assist in developing communications, presentations and stakeholder materials regarding property plans and outcomes
4. Project coordination and on-going support
• Advise on zoning, permitting, entitlement and redevelopment considerations
• Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers and developers as needed to support project execution
• Provide ongoing support for asset management, repurposing, and long-term planning
- Brokerage services
• Managing property listings, showings and on-site property signage
• Facilitating advertising campaigns, promotional materials and social media content
• Representing members in negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or agents
• Facilitating public or private property auctions, including bidder coordination
• Coordinating with appraisers, surveyors, title companies and other professional services
• Assisting with the review and preparation of offers, addenda, sale agreements, lease agreements, escrow and counteroffer documents
• Managing real estate transaction closings and post-closing services
• Providing market updates, property activity reports or transaction summaries to member leadership, governing bodies or community stakeholders.
