The Vendor is required to provide real estate brokers to list, market, manage, and sell county land, county buildings, commercial property, and residential property as required.
- Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following services:
• Developing, implementing and evaluating a marketing plan that ensures the timely and compliant sale of the properties owned by the county;
• Coordinating with county staff to ensure that contracts for the sale or purchase of real estate are timely presented for review and execution;
• Representing the county in a fair and equitable manner to ensure that the county is presented at all times in a professional, nondiscriminatory and impartial manner;
• Assisting the county with searching and locating available property as needed;
• Providing general real property information unrelated to pending purchases or sales;
• Providing market analysis;
• Property management services;
• Providing such other services in support or furtherance of the foregoing as the county may request from time to time.
- Provide a broker’s purchase opinion, market analysis, comparable sales or other data in order to manage the county’s land holdings.
