Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services

The Vendor is required to provide for assisting agency with commercial brokerage services, representing agency interest in negotiating purchase of real estate property and providing related services
- Provide the following:
•    Advice regarding property identification and valuation based on specified utility needs including preparation of market analyses as required.
•    Representative agent services in real estate land acquisition transactions, including negotiation of purchase contract terms, assistance coordinating due diligence activities as requested, closure of sale, and acquisition of necessary easements.
•    Consultation with agency General Counsel on real property deed restrictions and/or conditions (e.g., easements, covenants, etc.).
•    Coordination with agency General Counsel for title services and closings.
•    Progress updates and timely contact with staff.
•    Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions
