• Review of exposure data, including payroll classifications, experience modification factors, fleet schedules, and property schedules
• Review of prior premium audits and experience rating data, including assistance with corrections or appeals
• Review of open and closed claims, including reserve adequacy
• Identification of coverage gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies
• Evaluation of coverage limits and sublimit relative to county exposures
• Identification and quantification of potential uninsured or underinsured loss scenarios
• Provision of benchmarking data from comparable public sector entities

• Soliciting competitive proposals from qualified insurance carriers
