- Identify and Monitor Listings of less than 30 days.
• Geolocation addresses
• Quality check for accuracy
• Integrate with Geographical Information Systems/Assessors data for legal owner and notification address
- Verify Compliance
• Provide Data and Reporting on booking activity.
- Send Notice of Violation to the property owner.
- Reports and record keeping of property data.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
