Scanning Project Services

The vendor is required to provide indexing and scanning project services for the office.
- Scan all available original documents (plat/index/DD214 books) on-site.
- The color scanning must be at a minimum of 300 dpi
-  Reverse black images with white text to white images with black text
-  Format images/indexes that can be imported into a records management system.
- Provide a form of on-site back up to the County to ensure records are not lost.
