Social Media Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide a web-based social media monitoring solution.
- Analytics reporting:
•    Compile data on specific accounts, as well as paid campaigns, into printable easy-to-read and easily customizable reporting formats
•    Support the export of data into other tools such as pdf, excel and PowerPoint for effective analysis
•    Benchmark options and track competitor analytics
- Monitoring and listening dashboard: 
•    A platform solution with the ability to view all published posts from all university accounts – both managed by the central social media team and others -- and how users are engaging with the content. 
•    Viewing all university -related content with the option to track peers, competitors, and other accounts of interest is required. 
•    This function would need to include unlimited and intuitive tracking of hashtags, keywords, sentiment, and geographic-based content. 
•    The ability to set up alerts would also be required.
- Publishing: 
•    Platform must offer publishing and scheduling capability. 
•    The platform must offer AI assistance with post composition. 
•    Media such as short form video, long form video, and gifs must be easy to load with no degradation of quality once published to native social channel. 
•    A visually appealing and easily editable digital content calendar with scheduled posts necessary. 
•    The calendar and the posts must have an editing option so the team can make changes directly from the interface, if necessary.
- Social media training and administration: 
•    Customer service available during regular business hours. 
•    Ongoing training on the platform throughout the life of the agreement. 
•    This training should include ongoing, virtual online options as needed.
•    A mobile-friendly option of the centralized dashboard with analytics.      
•    A customer service chat function available for support in real-time during business hours.
