The vendor is required to provide temporary staffing services on an as-needed basis to obtain a cost-effective delivery of high-quality service in a prompt and reliable manner.
- Personnel requests include, but are not limited to
a. Clerical/administrative staff (data entry, filing, receptionist, bookkeeping, secretarial);
b. Professional staff (executives, accounting, human resources);
c. Light labor (janitorial, litter cleanup, light maintenance task and simple assembly);
d. Heavy labor (maintenance task, heavy lifting not to exceed 100-pounds, moving tables and chairs, set-up of sound/light equipment, may be involved in attempting to accommodate last-minute changes, working at heights of approximately sixty [60] feet, standing for long periods of time);
e. Service staff (general labor, warehouse, maintenance, security, custodial);
f. Information Technology support;
g. Special services (attendants, concessions, food services, hospitality); and
h. Skilled Trade staff (HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians).
