Temporary Staffing Services

The vendor is required to provide that temporary staffing services for specialties:
• Provide individuals who are qualified, experienced, and fully licensed and registered or certified, as applicable, in the following specialties to perform services at the valley view center for nursing care and rehabilitation, located at state (facility), on a per diem basis, as needed, requested, and approved by the facility’s administrator or designee (administrator):
i. Registered professional nurse (RN),
ii. RN supervisor,
iii. Licensed practical nurse (LPN), and
iv. Certified nurse aide (CNA).
• For purposes of this RFP, all RNs, RN supervisors, LPNS, and CNAS may be referred to individually as “per diem” and collectively as “per diems.”
