Staffing Solutions Services

The vendor is required to provide staffing solutions requirements grows, the agency is striving for efficiency, cost competitiveness, cost certainty and simplicity.
- Mandatory requirements:
1. Transparency in pricing and mark-up
2. Clear understanding of service and/ or job description requirements
3. Flow through recruitment (if applicable)
4. Dedicated key account manager
5. Standard candidate and/ or service profile
6. Defined reporting and metrics
7. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual meetings
- Staff augmentation/ contingent worker services – non-employee contract staffing placement for a specific role with identified job description and required skills; term will typically be a minimum of six (6) months.
- Temporary/ casual placement – non-employee contract staffing placement for a term less than six (6) months and/ or under twenty (20) hours per week; roles in this category will be general administration/ clerical in nature.
- Managed services (scope/ term specific) – third-party outsourcing services that will take on scope and time specific projects with appropriately skilled personnel.
- Full-time recruitment services – full-time permanent or limited term employee search services that may include active recruitment, pre-screening, and preliminary interviews.
- Key account manager’s position
• Function in the relationship (i.e. - single point of contact for the contract, all identified areas of service, sales, reporting and performance management)
• Description of function and duties
• Five (5) years minimum experience and training required for the position of key account manager;
• Available to the agency during standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (MST).
- Allocating and conserving water resources, managing public lands, and protecting the environment while providing economic benefits for all state.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
