The vendor is required to provide temporary staffing resources (TSR) through a managed service provider (MSP).
- the temporary staffing services to be provided fall into five (5) categories: clerical and administrative-1, financial and professional-2, information technology (it)-3, light industrial labor-4 and medical-5.
- Staffing resource providers (SRP) and/or temporary staffing resources (TSR)
1. Existing assignment:
• The SRP(s) will not propose and offer a TSR on an existing assignment to fill a requirement for a different authorized user or order until the TSR has completed the existing assignment.
2. SRP non-compete clause: the SRP will prohibit non-compete clauses in sub-tier and staffing resource agreements that prevent a TSR from:
• Accepting a full-time position with an authorized user(s);
• Accepting a full-time position with another staffing resource providers (SRP);
• Becoming their own SRP.
3. Permanent hire:
• SRP’S TSR may be hired, by the authorized user, after five-hundred and twenty hours (520) without paying any conversion fees.
• If prior to completing 520 hours of a work assignment, the contractor will convert to a full-time role, using a fee equal to 160 hours of the rate of pay.
4. TSR and consultant expenses:
• mileage and other TSR or consultant expenses must be agreed to in advance and will only be paid in accordance with the authorized user’s travel policy
5. TSR’S certification copies:
• SRPS will keep a photocopy and a listing of TSR’S current professional certifications.
