The Vendor is required to provide epidemiologic and program evaluation staffing services.
- Staff will work a full-time work week which is considered 37.5 hours a week, with no overtime.
- All employees of the contractor, who shall perform research and epidemiologic consulting services under the resulting contract, shall possess the qualifications, training, and licenses that are required within state where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally authorized to work in state.
- Participate in data-driven continuous quality improvement activities designed to improve the quality of HIV ending the epidemic (ETE) -related programming, including (but not limited to), targeted and routine HIV testing, linkage to prevention and care, treatment adherence and viral load suppression.
- Non-exhaustive list:
•Any loyalty or terrorism issue;
• Patterns of conduct (e.g., alcoholism/drug addiction, financial irresponsibility/major liabilities, dishonesty, employability for negligence or misconduct, criminal conduct);
• Dishonorable military discharge;
• Felony and misdemeanor offenses;
• Drug manufacturing/trafficking/sale;
• Criminal sexual misconduct;
• Employment related misconduct involving dishonesty, criminal or violent behavior; and
• Misrepresentation of information including educational and professional background, legal status or valid licensure.
