Event Staffing Services

The vendor is required to provide from event staffing companies that can provide the following staffing services:
1. Event staff
• On-site event staff supervisor(s) to oversee event staff provided by the company
• Change over staff
• Loaders
• Runners
2. Hospitality staff
• Bartenders (must be tips certified)
• Wait staff
• Barbacks
• Catering assistants
• Concessions staff
• Ushers
• Ticket takers
• Box office clerks
3. Security staff
• Security guards
• Security supervisors
4. Cleaning and maintenance staff
• Custodian and janitorial workers
5. Other support staff
• Parking attendant
• Any other staff required based on the event’s specific needs and requirements (to be discussed on a per-event basis).
