- Background check and fingerprinting process.
- Describe your staff ordering process and automation tools available to us.
- Explain and provide an example of your administrative reporting capabilities
- Process for after-hours support protocol.
- Quality control procedure to track staff performance
- Metrices used for service performance
- Staff performance and issue resolution process
- Copies of service questionnaire and client grievance procedures.
- Benefits offered to substitute staff
- Staff retention programs
- Willingness to subcontract when unable to fill a request
- Hiring process and any associated fees when transitioning ta temporary staff to a District employee.
