The vendor is required to provide temporary staffing to support the programs under the advocacy, education, and outreach section (AEOS).
- With the ongoing workforce shortage, employees are covering tasks and duties of multiple positions.
- Provide support to current staff to improve workplace wellness, meet program goals and objectives, and provide resources to support continued operations and services for older adults.
- Provide temporary staffing candidates for clerical and program support.
- The applicant shall:
• Provide contracted staff who meet the minimum requirements described to provide the duties described in each individual position listed.
• Upon the written request of the executive office on aging (EOA), submit to the EOA the names, references and resumes with qualifications of the referred staff no later than 48-72 hours, excluding weekends, prior to the assignment of the staff.
• Assign the same staff to EOA whenever possible, provided that the staff is qualified.
• The EOA reserves the right to refuse the assignment of any staff prior to appointment without having to qualify or justify the reason
• Be the employer of record and responsible for payroll related activities, including but not limited to benefits, wages, taxes, withholding and workers compensation.
• Be responsible for the behavior and conduct of its employees or agents while on assignment with the state.
• Provide monthly invoices.
• Employ methods to ensure low staff turnover for duration of the contract.
