The Vendor is required to provide to support the temporary assistance (TA) division in evaluating and enhancing operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Provide to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current operations and workflow initiatives within the temporary assistance division.
- Services that include:
• Evaluation of workflow effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Review and assessment of existing quality control procedures
• Analysis of interdepartmental coordination and internal workflows
• Assessment of compliance with applicable federal and state regulations governing temporary assistance programs.
