Employee Assistance Program Services

The Vendor is required to provide administrative services for the city’s employee assistance program (EAP).
- The City has 915 full-time employees eligible for the EAP Program.
- The City currently utilizes all one health (previously deer oaks EAP services, LLC) for EAP administration.
- EAP to all full-time employees and their dependents which includes six face-to-face visits, unlimited telephonic counseling available 24/7, in addition to legal, financial, and work life services.
