Temporary Staffing Services

The Vendor is required to provide temporary personnel services on an as-needed basis.
- Develop a partnership with one or more firms capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective staffing solutions across various departments and classification groupings within agency, including administrative, clerical and light industrial.
- Required to recruit, screen, evaluate, and recommend qualified candidates to fill temporary positions throughout the agency. 
- Temporary assignments may be short-term, long-term, or project-based depending on agency operational needs.
- Provide temporary staffing for both administrative/clerical workers as well as light industrial/maintenance workers.
- Potential positions to fill will be in one or more classification groupings: Administrative, Clerical and Light Industrial/Maintenance, with specialties in property management, certification and re-certification, caseload management, eligibility determination, government accounting & finance, construction, general maintenance, development finance, affordable housing project/property loan/grant management.
- Administrative, Clerical, and Professional
• Administrative professionals including but not limited to administrative assistants, executive assistants, office assistants, customer service, call center specialist
- Light Industrial
• General Apartment Maintenance Workers (vacant and occupied unit general maintenance)
• Janitorial Staff
• Groundskeepers
