The vendor is required to provide temporary investigative services of an HR consultant with (1) a strong background in workplace investigations, compliance, and employee relations; (2) experience with the commonwealth executive branch’s employment policies and procedures, including the standards of conduct and procedures for disciplinary action; and (3) experience with vita as an agency.
- To have an on-site presence to conduct a thorough investigation, including any necessary meetings with pertinent staff, and provide a detailed report regarding the subject matter of the investigation
- Time limited investigation:
• Conduct comprehensive workplace investigation related to employee complaint, policy violations (expected to occur within 30 days of start).
• Facilitate and lead meetings with employees, management, and stakeholders to gather information and provide guidance.
• Provide a weekly status report.
• Prepare detailed investigation report outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Provide the final investigation report.
• Be available for a one-hour meeting to review findings and recommendations with pertinent vita executives.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state and federal labor laws, and industry best practices.
