Temporary Employment Agency Services

The Vendor is required to provide temporary employment agency that will act as the employer of record for temporary individuals that Upstate will recruit.
- The Supply Chain internship at Upstate will allow students to rotate through various supply chain departments (Distribution, Hospital Purchasing, OR Materials, Receiving and Warehouse) all while receiving valuable on-the-job experience.
- Asset Supply Chain Intern/Co-op
•    Assist with setting PAR levels and inventory optimization through analysis and managing excess inventory. 
•    Rotate through various supply chain departments (Warehouse, Receiving, Distribution, OR Materials and Hospital Purchasing) and assist with projects supporting these areas.
- Supply Chain Intern/CoOp
•    Assist with setting PAR levels and inventory optimization through analysis and managing excess inventory. 
•    Rotate through various supply chain departments (Warehouse, Receiving, Distribution, OR Materials and Hospital Purchasing) and assist with projects supporting these areas. 
•    Assist with process mapping for improvement efforts. 
•    Create and update process documentation for supply chain procedures.
- Supply Chain Data Analysis
•    Collect and interpret data, analyze results, identify patterns and trends in supply chain data.
- Senior Supply Chain Data Analysis Intern/CoOp
•    Collect and interpret data, analyze results, identify patterns and trends in supply chain data. 
•    Work projects determined by Supply Chain Analytics & Systems department. 
•    Assist with Lawson and data visualization projects (e.g. testing interfaces, ensuring validity of data sets post software upgrades, assist with location, item and vendor list master builds, and build supply chain metric dashboards). 
•    Assist with process mapping for improvement efforts. 
•    Perform analytic work to support process improvement projects. 
•    Conduct market analyses to acquire best-in-class software to enhance supply chain activities.
