Workers Assistance Programs

The Vendor is required to provide workers assistance programs for agency members, present and future.
- Offer the total line of available products and services that are commonly purchased by government agencies, school districts, non-profits, and other public entities.
- Services include, but are not limited to:
•    Workers Assistance Programs including unemployment compensation administration services, and try-out employment
•    Health Care Management Services including managed care services
•    Counseling Services including mental health, substance abuse, financial and legal advice, and referrals to specialized treatment or community resources.
•    Financial Assistance Programs.
•    Employee Education.
•    360 Feedback Assessment.
- Working with public sector entities including, but not limited to, local, state, special districts, and federal government agencies; hospitals; law enforcement agencies and courts; community public sport association facilities; educational institutions including K-12, public, private, charter schools, etc. and higher education including junior college systems and universities, etc.; as well as non-taxed non-profit organizations and religious institutions.
