The Vendor is required to provide to conduct a comprehensive staffing analysis focused exclusively on academic staff (non-faculty roles).
- The primary goal of this engagement is to:
• Provide data-informed recommendations to improve staffing efficiency, equity, and effectiveness
• Support strategic decision-making around resource allocation and organizational design.
- Staffing Analysis
• Conduct a detailed review of current staffing levels for colleges (6) within Academic Affairs
• Analyze job functions, workloads, reporting lines, and service demands
• Identify redundancies, gaps, and misalignments in staffing distribution
• Identify critical gaps in staffing
- Benchmarking and Comparative Review
• Compare staffing models to peer institutions or industry standards (where available)
• Assess alignment with institutional goals, accreditation requirements, and student service metrics
- Recommendations and Strategic Guidance
• Provide actionable recommendations to address overstaffing or understaffing
• Suggest reallocation strategies, role redesigns, or process improvements
• Highlight opportunities for cross-training, consolidation, or restructuring
- Reporting and Implementation Support
• Deliver a comprehensive report with findings and prioritized recommendations
• Present results to leadership and facilitate discussion of next steps
