The Vendor is required to provide labor consultant services for county.
- Provide the county with legal guidance related, but not limited to:
• Legal research and advisory opinions as needed;
• Represent the county in labor negotiation matters;
• Negotiate, review and/or draft collectively negotiated agreements and other labor documents or agreements;
• Represent the county in union grievance matters;
• Attend meetings of the county board of chosen commissioners upon request;
• Upon request, conduct programs on specified labor issues for county officials and employees;
• Notify the county of changes in state and federal labor laws and regulations, as well as court decision, which could impact the county;
• Disciplinary hearing officer;
• Any other matters as directed by the county.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
