The Vendor is required to provide to acquire staffing services to provide instructional and related services to students with disabilities in accordance with the individuals with disabilities education act, section 504, ADA, state regulations, and district policies.
- Provide quality service along with dependable and reliable customer service.
- Services to Be Provided
• Licensed professionals: special education teachers (resource, inclusion, self-contained, early childhood, transition), speech-language pathologists, diagnosticians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, social workers, counselors, and other related service providers.
• Support personnel: special education instructional aides/paraprofessionals, behavior interventionists, and personal Care Assistants.
- Responsible for, but not limited to, the following administrative tasks:
• Recruit, screen, and place qualified staff with valid state licensure/certification.
• Ensure staff complete background checks, fingerprinting, and clearances as required.
• Provide substitutes or replacements in the event of staff absences or vacancies.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR functions for assigned personnel.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support for assigned staff.
• All services must be delivered in person, directly at the school district’s designated campuses and departments
• Maintain professional liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
- Key Responsibilities
• Deliver services in alignment with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and interventions as outlined by IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring as required.
• Maintain accurate records, service logs, and documentation for compliance reporting.
• Attend IEP meetings, staffing, and team consultations as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Adhere to all district policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines.
