Professional Staffing and Technical Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide on-call professional staffing and technical support services in support of the City’s business development, capital planning, and program implementation efforts.
- Services may include project management, program development, engineering support, construction coordination, outreach, and other economic development-related services.
- Project & Contract Management
•    Provide project oversight for active initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
•    Assist with contract management, including monitoring, reporting, and compliance tracking across a variety of department-led programs and projects.
- Program Development & Administration
•    Support the design and implementation of new economic development programs aligned with city priorities.
•    Assist with day-to-day program administration, including reporting, performance tracking, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Capital Improvement Planning & Construction Support
•    Assist in the planning, prioritization, and coordination of capital improvement projects that support economic growth and infrastructure readiness.
•    Provide construction-related services such as project management, inspection support, scheduling, and communication with contractors and city departments.
- Planning, Permitting & Compliance
•    Support land use and infrastructure planning efforts, entitlement processes, and environmental documentation.
•    Assist with regulatory compliance, agency coordination, and development review to advance public and private development initiatives.
- Engineering & Technical Support
•    Conduct technical studies, site assessments, and preliminary engineering to support investment and development feasibility.
•    Assist with design development, utility coordination, field verification, and other technical services as needed.
- Marketing, Research & Promotion
•    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote city as a premier location for business and investment.
•    Create print and digital content, including brochures, presentations, infographics, maps, and signage that aligns with city branding and messaging goals.
•    Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, business growth opportunities, and investment targets.
•    Support targeted campaigns, outreach tools, and promotional initiatives focused on priority sectors and commercial corridors.
- Business Outreach & Community Engagement
•    Conduct outreach to businesses, community stakeholders, and industry groups to foster partnerships and advance economic development.
•    Support event coordination, communication materials, and public engagement strategies for city led initiatives.
- Grant Support
•    Identify grant opportunities and assist with application preparation for local, state, and federal funding sources.
•    Support grant administration, including tracking, reporting, and compliance across awarded programs.
