The Vendor is required to provide professional Event Staffing Services at the city.
- Reliable personnel, for various City-hosted and private events scheduled throughout the year.
- Event Supervisor
• Manage and oversee all contracted staff on-site.
• Coordinate directly with venue management and event organizers.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensures a high-quality experience.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and venue policies.
• Confirm that staff are in proper uniform with ID, take scheduled breaks, and complete timekeeping protocols.
• Ensure final building security and lockdown once the event concludes.
- Kitchen Supervisor
• Prepare the catering kitchen for vendor use, including equipment setup.
• Monitor and assist vendors during event operations.
• Maintain organization in kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Sanitize countertops, appliances, and floors after the event.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and supplies are restocked.
• Remove all vendor items from fridges/freezers and return appliances to standard condition.
- Event Setup and Breakdown Staff
• Set up furniture, equipment, and decorations in accordance with event layout.
• Assist with transporting and positioning event materials.
• Maintain clean and organized spaces prior to event start.
• Remove and pack up materials post-event.
• Ensure rooms are restored to original layout and cleanliness.
• Secure the building following event conclusion.
- Restroom Attendants
• Monitor restroom throughout the event.
• Sanitize fixtures and refill supplies regularly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Maintain functioning and hygienic conditions for all guests.
• Log and report any incidents to supervisors or venue management.
- Specific duties and staffing levels will be determined based on the nature of the event, guest count, duration, and logistical needs.
- Staff must wear vendor issued uniforms at all times, including a collared shirt with company name/logo and matching bottoms. Must carry photo identification while on duty.
