Enterprise Applications Staff Augmentation Services

The vendor is required to provide enterprise applications staff augmentation to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancement of its enterprise case management system, comp hub, and related applications.
- Technical resources across the following categories:
•    Application developers – full-stack and specialized developers with experience in Bizagi development, as well as modern programming languages, frameworks, and integration methods, supporting both operations and new feature development. 
•    SQL and database engineers – skilled in database design, optimization, reporting, and support of high-volume transactional environments. must have experience with Bizagi SQL database structures as well as azure database implementations. 
•    Application architects – providing architectural design, technical leadership, and oversight of system scalability, performance, and security. must have experience with Bizagi implementations and integrations in azure environments. 
•    Business process and workflow specialists – with expertise in Bizagi business process management (BPM) platforms, capable of modeling, automating, and optimizing workflows embedded within comp hub. 
•    Quality assurance and testing specialists – conducting functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy. 
•    Project support roles – as needed, such as technical writers, business analysts, or other specialized staff to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and operational stability.
- Staff performing tasks such as:
•    Ongoing operations and maintenance of comp hub and related systems. 
•    Development and deployment of program enhancements in response to legislative, policy, or business process changes. 
•    Optimization of workflows and case management functions through Bizagi-based process design and automation. 
•    Ensuring compliance with state IT security policies, accessibility standards, and industry best practices. 
•    Supporting modernization initiatives to further improve efficiency, user experience, and stakeholder engagement.
