- Key Responsibilities
•
Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing of websites,
applications, and digital content against WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 standards.
•
Utilize a range of automated tools, screen readers, and manual
testing methods to identify and document accessibility barriers.
•
Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and product teams
to guide remediation efforts and ensure accessibility best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed accessibility test plans, cases, and audit reports.
• Validate the remediation of accessibility issues across iterative development cycles.
• Stay current with evolving accessibility regulations, standards, and technologies.
• Participate proactively in design and development reviews to embed accessibility early in the product lifecycle.
• Support organizational accessibility training and awareness programs.
- Required Skills
• Strong mastery of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA compliance.
• Extensive experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and Accessibility Checker.
• Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, ARIA roles, and JavaScript as related to accessibility.

Expertise in both automated scans and manual testing techniques,
including screen reader and keyboard navigation assessments.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Fully loaded maximum hourly rates for onsite, remote, and offshore work
