The Vendor is required to provide for staffing agency services: licensed special education teachers to recruit, identify, and hire qualified licensed special education teachers who can instruct and case manage students who qualify for special education services.
- Recruitment and Staffing
• Recruit, screen, and refer qualified Special Education Teacher candidates for a variety of positions
• Present candidates who meet or exceed the minimum requirements outlined in individual job descriptions.
• Ensure candidates possess required licenses, certifications, or endorsements (if applicable).
- Background checks and comprehensive screening prior to placement, including:
• Reference checks
• Employment and education verification
• Criminal background checks
• Fingerprinting
• Other screenings as mandated by state or federal law
• Provide documentation of completed background checks upon request.
- Personnel Management
• Serve as the employer of record for temporary staff, including:
• Payroll processing
• Benefits administration (if applicable)
• Workers’ compensation.
